Who are Carols Travel?

Let’s tell you about us….. We are a small family run holiday company offering UK coach holiday with a personal, friendly, welcoming touch. We pride ourselves on giving all our passengers new and old a personal experience while travelling with us. From the very instance of your enquiry to the minute you return to your doorstep at the end of your holiday…. we are with you every step of the way.

Carol, our lovely company director. She has been in the travel industry for more than 25 years and has worked for many travel organisations prior to establishing Carols Travel. Carol is on-board all our tours and offers a full hostess service while travelling and will be the person who greets you when you meet your tour coach. She has valuable knowledge of all our destinations, tourist attractions and hotels we use and will offer advice and recommendations to suit you. Carol has great customer service skills and will always offer a welcoming smile!

Gayle is our chatty office manager and Carol’s daughter. Gayle has been with Carols Travel for the past 9 years and has a degree in Travel & Tourism Management. She is more than happy to answer any questions or queries you may have regarding bookings, destination advice, door to door services, special requirements, hotels and much more. She will always endeavour to go above and beyond to help from step one of your holiday booking.

Mark, Our witty tour driver. Mark has been a coach driver for nearly 40 years and came to join Carols Travel in 2017. Mark is now Carol’s husband and works alongside her on every tour we take out. Mark loves a laugh and a joke so will keep you more than entertained along your journey!
